Post-Workout Protein Smoothie Recipe
This recipe is not intended for weight-loss
I will use this shake after a particularly hard strength session or if I have been training hard that week.
1 cup raw milk
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen mango
2 raw eggs
1 scoop (20g-30g) whey protein concentrate
2 Tbls honey
1/4tsp sea salt
Dash of cinnamon
Optional:
Creatine 5g
Glutamine 5g
2Tbls fine ground coffee
